  • Are there any amenities available for rent?

    Yes. Wheelchairs are available for use at Sunway Kluang Mall with no rental charge. Baby strollers, power scooters, and other amenities are not available at the moment.

  • Are there any fees incurred to hire a Wheelchair?

    A refundable security deposit of RM50 is required upon collection.

  • Where do I loan the Wheelchair?

    Kindly proceed to our Concierge located at Ground Floor next to the Main Entrance.

  • May I make a reservation for the amenities?

    Reservations are not available. Wheelchairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • May I use the amenities for the entire day?

    The duration per usage shall not exceed four (4) hours and must be returned before 9.30PM.

  • What is the height and weight limit for the wheelchair?

    Our wheelchair is suitable for patrons weighs below 90 kg.

  • Will I get back my deposit after returning the amenities?

    Yes, your RM50 security deposit will be fully refunded upon returning the wheelchair in good condition.

  • I often visit Sunway Kluang Mall with my toddlers and I am always worried about their safety. How can Sunway Kluang Mall help me with this?

    Sunway Kluang Mall prioritizes family safety with regular security patrols and CCTV monitoring. Our Customer Service and Security teams are always ready to assist, ensuring a safe and comfortable visit for you and your toddlers.

  • My mobile phone ran out of battery and I did not bring my charger. Is there any way for me to recharge my phone in the mall?

    Sunway Kluang Mall currently does not offer phone charging services. However, you may visit our cafés, restaurants, or telco outlets, as some provide charging facilities for customers.

  • Are there baby changing facilities in Sunway Kluang Mall?

    Yes, there are! The baby rooms are located on
    Ground Floor, behind Brands Outlet
    First Floor, behind Idos Cosmetical
    Second Floor, Mr. D.I.Y

  • What are the operating hours of the Baby Rooms?

    From 10.00am till 10.00pm.

  • Are there any nursing room?

    Yes. Our baby room are equipped with a nursing room for you to comfortably nurse your baby.

  • What are the facilities available in the Baby Room?

    A cleaner is designated to ensure cleanliness and a high level of hygiene in our baby rooms. Should you require assistance, approach our mobile Customer Care personnel.

  • Can my husband accompany me in to the baby room?

    Yes, he may. However, it is not advisable for him to be in the nursing room.

  • Is there a surcharge for Touch ‘n Go?

    No, there is no surcharge for using Touch ‘n Go at Sunway Kluang Mall carpark.

  • What are the parking rates?

    Sunway Kluang Mall carpark parking rates are as follows:
    Monday to Friday (weekday):
    Per entry: RM2.00

    Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday:
    First 2 Hours: RM2.50
    For each subsequent hour, or part thereof: RM1.00
    Maximum charge: No Limit
    Grace period: 15 min.
    Lost Card Penalty: RM30.00
    Clamping removal: RM50.00 (parking indiscriminately or overnight)
    A minimum balance of RM5.00 in TNG/Debit/Credit is required.

  • I am watching a midnight movie. Can I park in the mall?

    Yes, you can still park in the mall. However, we do not encourage you to leave your vehicle overnight.

  • Do you have any exclusive or premium parking area?

    Sunway Kluang Mall does not have exclusive or premium parking areas. All parking spaces are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Do you have designated disable (handicapped / OKU) parking bays?

    Yes, we have a total of 6 disable parking bays. You can locate them at:
    Lower Ground and Second Floor.

  • Am I eligible to park at the disable (handicapped / OKU) parking zone?

    The person driving the vehicle should have a valid & visible handicapped sticker placed on the windscreen

  • What are the Carpark Helpdesk operation hours?

    The Carpark helpdesk operation hours are from 10.00am – 10.00pm daily.

  • Where are your carpark helpdesks located?

    Our carpark helpdesks are located at Ground Floor. If you have difficulties in locating them, kindly contact our Concierge at 07 772 6655

  • Where can I reload my Touch N Go in the mall?

    You may reload your Touch n Go at the convenient store such as 7Eleven, Watson etc.

  • How do I pay for my parking?

    You can pay for your parking at the carpark exits using Touch ‘n Go, debit card, or credit card.

  • Do I need minimum credit on my e-wallet to enter?

    Minimum of RM5.00 balance in your account.
    Do remember to check that your e-wallet has sufficient balance before proceeding to make payment prior to your exit.

  • What if I don’t have a smartphone, e-wallet or internet access?

    You may approach our Concierge or Security team for assistance.

  • When do I make payment?

    Parking payment can be made at the carpark exits before leaving the mall.

  • Is there a grace period?

    Upon entering the carpark, there is a standard 15 minutes grace period where you may exit without any charges incurred.

  • What happens if I don’t exit within the grace period?

    The carpark boom gate will not open at the exits, and you will need to pay additional hourly charges until you leave. If this happens, you may contact our friendly carpark personnel for assistance using the boom gate intercom machine.

  • Can I reserve parking spaces?

    No, reserving parking spaces is not available.

  • Is there a special carpark rate for students or elderly?

    No, there are no special carpark rates available at the moment

  • What are the charges for overnight parking?

    Overnight parking is not allowed at Sunway Kluang Mall. However, vehicles left overnight will incur a charge of RM50.

  • Does this apply for motorcycle parking?

    Currently, Sunway Smart Parking is not available for motorcycles. Motorcycle parking is free at this time.

  • How do I enter Preferred Parking?

    Simply drive through the Preferred Parking entrance to gain access, the boom gate will automatically open up for you.

  • Will there be more payment options in future?

    Yes, we will be introducing more payment options in the future.

  • How will receipts be generated if I want to make claims?

    Yes, e-receipts will be available after each successful online payment (via the Online Payment Portal)

  • What is the maximum parking fee?

    There is no maximum parking fee.

  • How do I get parking assistance?

    Our carpark helpdesks are located at Ground Floor. If you have difficulties in locating them, kindly contact our Concierge at 07-772 6655

  • Which are the e-Wallets I can use to make payments?

  • I don’t have the touch n go app, can I pay with Touch n Go card

    Yes, but only through the Touch ‘n Go reader at the exits with sufficient credit only.

  • Will receipts be generated if I want to make claims?

    Receipts will be available through your e-wallet or bank transaction records, depending on your chosen payment method.

  • How long do I have to exit after I make payment?

    After making payment, there is another 15 minutes’ grace period to exit. If the 15 minutes’ grace period is exceeded, additional hourly charges will apply.

  • What about the lorries parking rate?

    There are no charges for lorries using the loading bay for loading and unloading activities.

  • Where are the auto pay machines?

    There are no auto pay machines in Sunway Kluang Mall, as parking payments are made directly at the carpark exits.

  • What happens if I get stuck at the carpark entry/exit?

    Kindly press the intercom button, HELP buttons at the boomgate or call our friendly Customer Service at 07-772 6655 for assistance.

  • Can a tow truck enter the car park?

    The maximum height of our car park entrance is 2.4m. Therefore, flatbeds & boom trucks are not suitable for towing inside our car park. For further advice, kindly contact our Concierge team at at 07-772 6655.

  • Can I get assistance to jumpstart my car?

    Please call Concierge team at at 07-772 6655 for help & don't forget to lift up the front bonnet of your car so that it is easier for our team to spot you!

  • Does Sunway Kluang Mall have a Season Pass for the car park?

    Sunway Kluang Mall does not offer a Season Pass for car park users at the moment.

  • What is the opening and closing hours of the parking?

    Here are the opening hours of our carpark entrances:
    7 AM – 10pm: Basement Carpark
    7 AM - 12 AM: L2 and L3 Carpark
    However, our exits are open 24 hours.

  • Are there any EV or Hybrid Charging Stations in the Mall?

    Sunway Kluang Mall currently does not have EV or hybrid charging stations. However, the nearest charging facility is available at Petron Taman Bersatu.

  • What are the mall operation hours?

    The mall is open daily from 10.00 AM - 10.00 PM.

  • Where is the Concierge counter?

    Our Concierges are located at level GF in front of the Main Entrance.

  • When I visit Sunway Kluang Mall can I get a copy of the mall brochure or directory?

    Sunway Kluang Mall does not provide printed brochures in support of our sustainability goals. However, you can view the mall directory next to the Concierge counter or on our official website.

  • How do I report a lost item?

    Proceed to any of our Concierges to inform. Our Customer Care Personnel will need your full name and contact details for documentation purposes. Kindly provide a full and precise description of your lost item for easy verification by the personnel. If your item has been found, you may proceed with the claim process.

  • I found an item somewhere inside the mall. Who should I hand it to?

    You may approach any of our Concierges to hand in the item. Our Customer Care Personnel will take down your name and contact details for documentation purposes. Some owners may want to thank you for returning their item, however, your contact number will only be revealed with your consent. At the same time, if you wish to remain anonymous, we respect your decision.

  • What is the process for claiming a lost and found item?

    You will need to verify that item belongs to you. For example; if it is a hand phone with security lock, you will be asked to unlock it. For other items, you will be asked to describe the contents of the item. After verification, you will need to write down your full name, identification and contact number for documentation purposes.

  • Can I claim lost and found items on behalf of my family member or friend?

    We advise the owner of the item to collect the item themselves personally, however if the person is unable to be present, do not hesitate to contact us beforehand to inform us that you will be collecting the item on his/her behalf. You will be required to provide related information upon claiming

  • I made a lost item report a few days ago however I did not receive any updates from Sunway Kluang Mall. Why is this so?

    It is highly likely that your item has not been found. Feel free to contact our Concierges via phone or walk in for confirmation.

  • Is there a Surau or Muslim Prayer Room in Sunway Kluang Mall?

    Yes. The Surau or Muslim Prayer Room is located on Level 2 and can be accessed via Lift Lobby A.

  • Should I worry about my belongings while in the Surau?

    We would like to advise you to take care of your belongings and ensure that your belongings are within sight during prayer to avoid misfortune or loss.
