3. The redemption is NOT VALID for purchases from Pacific Hypermarket and Departmental Store, or any receipt for services relating to Money Changer/Money Remittance, ATM cash withdrawal or cash deposit machine, Telco’s bills, and any utilities payment.
4. Redemption time is from 11.00am to 10.00pm daily during the redemption period.
5. Redemption of the Limited-Edition Raya Packet Sets and/or Exclusive Glass Canister must be made on the SAME DAY OF PURCHASE at the Sunway Kluang Mall Concierge.
6. All redemptions will receive a bag of Jasmine Sunwhite Rice (1KG), while stocks last.
7. All redemptions after 30th March 2026, 10.00pm are NOT VALID.
